It constantly amazes me that the world thinks every American has no appreciation of football. It’s a childishly easy game to understand, rewarding through constant action and anticipation and insufferable through ties, shoot-outs and its sometimes flawed logic, as witnessed in Uruguay vs. Ghana. -
